On 13 August 2013 my doctor prescribed Tamiflu and I was told by Dischem and Ackermans Chemist that there's a country wide shortage of the drug. On 14 August 2013 I called into Medicross and encountered a challenge with my request for a new prescription. I called the Medicross Manager Gerhard who listened to my encounter and undertook to get Jo-Ann, the Client Service Supervisor to get in touch with me.
Not only did Jo-Ann contact me promptly, she had also arranged for a chemist to supply me with the medicine.
Now that is what I call EXCELLENT customer service.
Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity and for your positive attitude. Not many institutions that make a lot of money still care for the individual.
