I seen an ad on gumtree for a Diwali sweetmeat course by 108 Chef run by Chef sham and signed up. On arrival, I found that the classes are held from his family home kitchen in Phoenix. His kitchen is disgustingly filthy and small, he has piles of dirty dishes heaped in the double sink and dirty dish cloths thrown in the kitchen sink and table surface! I was shocked with such poor hygiene. To make things worse his recipes are not hotel school type, although he claims to have attended hotel school, not once did I see his certificates displayed, these recipes are straight from the Indian delights book and some of his recipes do not work and taste horrible. He flaunted an album with pictures of cakes, biscuits and Diwali sweet eats which he claimed that he baked however I recognized some of these pictures from the internet which are not his work. His advert on Gumtree is a total HOAX, do not use this guy as he does not know what he is doing. He is definitely not a chef, and he is taking innocent peoples money and Is a who will be investigated further.
