On 10th December 2013 I was put in contact with the responsible person in the hospital and sent an email as instructed, I then received an out of office response stating I needed to contact someone else, today is the 20th December 2013 and I am still battling to get in contact with someone from the hospital to settle my query regarding change of surnames on admission paperwork before the birth of my baby.

They answer the phone and transfer your call repeatedly without asking if you would like to continue to hold or if someone else can assist with your query, they make so much noise when on the phone that you have to ask them to quieten down so they can actually hear your query.

I am no closer to having my query answered and the best excuse I get is that it is festive season and people are on leave or gone home early. I thought hospitals were supposed to have someone to assist daily with queries, within reason I fully understand.
