Very disappointed with service from hospitak

When I ask people about Milpark Hospital, they say its the best but, I must admit I have yet to experience that 'best' element of what the hospital has to offer.
Nothing can possible compare with the horrifying service I received on two days in this month, I don't understand how you can expect me to pay hundreds if not thousands for such bad service.
