Absolutely shocked by staff

Netcare is possibly the most useless when it comes to it's staff. Over the past 48hours, I am appalled to see what our medical industry has become. Not only are they so unwilling to help, but they forget to book important procedures. I will gladly name the staff who are so unwilling to assist. I am at the point where I would rather not use this so called private hospital that gives you the best treatment. Rather employ staff that want to help the sick
