Nursing staff section 6A bad attitude

Good Day
My husband was admitted to Milpark Hospital on the 28th of August for a bone fracture. Up to now the care has been exceptional but I regret to inform you that we are extremely disappointed in the service received from the nursing staff of section 6A of Milpark Hospital, especially the day shift leader named Lucia. Though there are some wonderful nurses who have gone out of their way to make my husband comfortable I do feel that a few of them are missing the human and customer service element in performing their duties. Over the past few days we have experienced bad service; the nurses have attitudes, are rude and have the audacity to tell the patients to wait and that certain duties are to be performed on their time and not when the patients require the assistance. Sometimes they take ages to respond to the call of the patients and the phone at the reception rings off the hook for more than 10 times before someone bothers to answer. You will even find as many as 3 hanging around at the front desk having a conversation and they make excuses for their actions. This is a true reflection of bad service.
