Bad service and rooms

From the moment we checked in everything was wrong. It started with online they say secure parking and there isn't. Then as we came to the room the lock is broken and the handyman doesnt even fix it he just leaves the keys in the lock. Then when you want to take a bath.. the water is horribly dirty.. and their response is that it is river water?!?!? And they just say they will send the handyman who never shows..

My advice dont stay here.. total disaster!!! Hope my letter to the tourism grading council will be read so they can do something.. Its a health hazard!?!
