A memorable honeymoon

My husband and I got married 28 years after he asked me the first time! I always wanted to spend one night of our honeymoon at the Palazzo Hotel as we got engaged in Positano, Italy. Herman booked the romantic getaway bridal package which was quite expensive but when we got the room, albeit beautiful, none of the extras were there (champagne, roses. gift etc). Ayanda Mazibuko happened to overhear my husbands query at reception and within 30 minutes we were upgraded into a very luxurious suite with all the bells and whistles!! Ayanda also made sure that our bill for food and drinks at the pool during our wait was paid for. We received such special attention and he was an absolute gentleman and definitely went the extra mile. We stayed in and was served a beautiful dinner in our fancy suite and I will never forget this night. Truly a memorable hotel with a memorable Rooms Division Manager!! Thank you so much!!
