Our account was debited before without notice

My husband was contacted and was told about the benefits of their product and the consultant informed him of a once off payment charged when one becomes a member. He then complained saying R2850 was too much and asked if she can break it down to a smaller amount, and she agreed to do so. Then two days later an amount of R2850 was debited from our account.
We are not pleased with this kind of treatment and further more I called the establishment to cancel the deal on 021 674 5488 and I was transferred from one consultant to another until they hang up on me. The service is appalling not upto international standard as it says on their adverts.
