My mother pays hotel express international on annual basis, this is sort of paying for a holiday in advance. I called to make her a booking and the call center agent cut me off in such a rude manner before I was able to make my request. When i asked her to let me finish she snapped and threatened to hang up on me. I've never or the life of me experienced such poor service for something which I pay for. I hope that this person is disciplined, clearly she has no future in service or in the hospitality industry!
