INVALID LISTING ON CREDIT BUREAU

I cancelled my Discovery membership as I resigned from my Job in June 2013 and I was making monthly contributions until I resigned. When I checked my credit report on the 18.12.13 I discovered that I have been blacklisted and they say they have sent a letter of demand to me of which I never received. I don't know what am I owing as I was paying my medical aid monthly. The unfortunate part is that I am a member of this scheme as I have joined again in November. Please remove this listing as I don't owe you???
