IBM Medical Schema No Response

I received a letter today (due to the heavy post office delays) which was dated the 23rd May 2013. This letter indicates that IBM Medical Aid has tried to contact me and I have failed to contact them on an amount which is owing by me on the medical aid.
I need to urgently get this resolved as this letter then mentioned that if I do not pay in 20 days from the date of the letter, my details will be provided to the credit bureau for bad payment.
I need to state the following:
- I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 20th May. I received a reply from [Email Removed] (WRefNo#2857972922#- -MailRef#620099176#) indicating that my email had been sent to the IBM department who would respond in 2-3 days. I then receive the letter today indicating that my details will be sent to the Credit Bureau.
The purpose of my email is to understand what I am paying for, as my savings account on IBM med scheme had been depleted in the first few months of me joining.
I've also resigned from the medical aid in Nov 2012, yet I'm receiving these queries now.
I need to understand why before I just pay.
I did not get a reply from IBM and now they threaten me?
