Booking Disaste

Hi, We made reservations at Huis Herambi in Laingsburg for 3nights. The lady who assisted me with the name of Gina told me that they at Huis Herambi can only help us with 2nights but we don't have to worry as we can spend the last night at Gal Gihon guest house. She promised me that she will make all the arrangements. When it was time to change guest houses, we got a shocking reality that the booking that was made by Gina via Huis Herambi at Gal Gohin was for only 1 room that accommodates 2 persons. We are a family of 4, and the best part of it all, in the whole Laingsburg area there where no available vacancies. Gina was phoned immediately and her don't care attitude response: "Just give them a refund for the one night". That to me is totally unacceptable, to treat customers in that manner. This was our second year we made use of your guest house, but you can rest assured it was our last. Regards Brian Anthony
