Poor service to patients

During a round of golf in December I twisted my ankle quite severely and was unable to walk. Thankfully I was able to drive to the net care hospital in waterfall estate in Midrand. I get to the emergency room and hop my way in and was surprised to find no body willing to assist with a wheelchair or or at least help me walk in. The nurse that found me insisted on speaking Afrikaans (not my first language) although I heard her speak English to friends later on. Her first reaction was to direct me to fill out forms without enquiring what the problem was.after an hour a nurse checks my vitals and sends me off to see a doctor who then sends me for x-rays as expected. The woman at radiology greets me by warning that she is extremely busy with a very important patient and she doesn't know how long she'll be. After half an hour my wife arrives and enquires how much longer, only to be rudely sent away. Frustrated we left and went to HealthWorx in Midrand.
For a hospital in an elite area one would expect a little more care. For similar care and a far lesser bill one would rather go to a public hospital.
