Chronic Medication App - no response

I have been trying to register to go on chronic medication with Fedhealth for quite a while now. You are told now to email the address [Email Removed] and attach a valid doctor's prescription.
However, there is not response from this email.
I tried the call centre but am met with the answer - email the address.
