Poor customer service

Health & Medicine

I started working recently and went over from my Fathers Medical Aid to my own through my company.

I have been on Vitality on my fathers medical and paid virgin active fees as an adult dependant.

I love going to gym and go at least 3 times a week if not more.

Since being on my own mediacal aid as the main member and having vitallity, my virgin active membership fees have been incorrectly billed.

The following amounts have been subtracted from my debit order.

01/09/2012 R254.50
01/10/2012 R254.50
01/11/2012 R509.00
01/12/2012 R509.00
01/01/2013 R549.00
I think the adult dependant fee has been incorrectly charged in September and October.
And full gym membership fees the months thereafter.
I have been at Virgin Active and they refered me to Vitality. The first query I logged with them was sometime in December if I remeber correctly.
Today is the 1 of Feb and I am still waiting for propper feedback.
A refund of R700 has been made to me but that can surely not be correct.
I am so disappointed at the level of service I have received from Vitality. No propper feedback or breakdown of the refund has been given to me!
