Non payment of account

Polmed send me a form to complete so that i can join there spinal program because there were more benefits to it. So i joined. Last year may i went to city med hospital in Bloemfontein and got treatment..Later i received a bill from the hospital and ever since i send them e-mail and faxed a letter but never got any reply. Now i must pay the bill.
