Approved medical bills not paid

I Charlotte Campbell have a daughter that got Hodgkins Decease. She got 2 oncologists and she went to the one for radiation treatment and the other one for chemo treatment. 2011 she was admitted in hospital for her chemo treatment and this was authorised by the medical aid. I as the mother didn't received any statements or anything state that this account will not be paid. So she went over for treatment to the other oncologist and no problems but when we return to the chemo oncologist now in 2013 for follow-up we were giving a statement of 2011 that the medical aid didn't paid at all only certain days. 22/04/11 code 0145; 22/04/11 code 0175; 23/04/11 code 0109; 24/04/11 code 0109; 19/05/11 code 99953; 03/06/11 code 99953; 17/06/11 code 99953. I have spoken to a Lady at Polmed self and she requested me to fax her the statements and then with my follow-up call she requested me to post it to them but instead i took the complete medical invoice to them. They promise to check and sort it out for me. But they only process it but not pay it at all. This medical invoice is more than R10 000.00 now I must sort it out and we did request authorisations for this treatment.
