I would like to bring to your attention that you have not refunded me my money after I have cancelled a booking with you for a Southern Sun booking, - I made the booking on the 28th November 2013 and cancelled it 10 mins later - your system was too quick to process the transaction and now it has being 14 days now and still no refund! this is and as you are my money!
if this matter is not resolved by COB 12 December 2013 - I will be personally visiting your offices for collection of my money that you are and expect interest as well as costs incurred to get to you,
for a top medical company - your vitality program is a complete! and I am hugely disappointed -
you are also violating my rights as a consume
