Food poisening

Hi, I ordered oxtail on Saturday at the midrand branch, the meal was below satisfactory, couldnt even finish the food and didnt want to complain since I was with my family.

Anyway, I had a tummy bug the rest of the weekend till Monday night and to make matters worse, so did my 3 year old niece who joined me on the meal. The meal was the only thing I ate on Saturday, I have kept the take away food, just incase you guys want to take it in for testing.

I'm seriously dissapointed, I did send an email to customer care 2 days ago, but no one has responded. I would think that a case such as this would be taken with high regard.
