DOUBLE BILLING, FAILURE TO REFUND

The accounts dept invoiced one account twice, the amount was paid twice, in error. After numerous telephonic conversations and a letter faxed to the accounts dept, which was ignored, Lancet has neither acknowledged that the account is now R 675-60 in credit nor credited the amount. Unacceptable incompetence.
