LATE NOTICE TERMS AFTER BIRTHDAY ARRANGEMENTS

I booked a table for 18 people for my birthday celebration. The person whom assisted advised that I have a look at the option of a set_menu, I didn't like the idea and explained to him we are all meeting there! Not everyone will arrive at the same time and some people might only come for drinks. We then booked the table under the agreement of them just confirming for the date and time!

The day before arranged date Rodizios then contacts me (PAUL AND CECILIA) ONLY TO SAY... SORRY... we can"t just come to eat of their restaurant menu, we are to have the set_menu (cheapest option of R135 p.p), also we are suppose to all be there OTHERWISE they will charge me for people who cant make it!!! That on top of a COVER CHARGE they charge as a normal restaurant of R25 per person!!! NONE OF THESE THINGS ARE STATED ON THEIR SITE!!! THIS ALL THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AFTER EVERYONE HAS RSVP"D!!! ALSO NOT ONE PERSON HAD THE SAME STORY AT RODIZIOS!!! EVERYONE I SPOKE TO HAD AN EXTRA ADD ON or DIFFERENT SUGGESTION!! JUST SOMETHING ELSE TO COMPLICATE THE BOOKING!!!

SHOCKING!!!
All of this just to eat out for your BIRTHDAY!!!
