Dinner Birthday Booking: Food not received

We went to a booked birthday dinner on Thursday the 13 Dec 2012, for my brothers birthday. The table was 7 people and we sat upstairs. We all ordered Sushi platters, and everyobody's food came except for my order. I just thought that there was a delay, but after everyone was almost done, i went downstairs to follow up and they had forgotten my order - Needless to says after 20mins and with everyone finished eating they bring this platter upstairs, and i just refused to take it - To eat in front of everyone else? They never even offered to give it to me as a takeaway free of charge - Absolutely slacl service & I feel Simply Fish couldnt even be bothered. If they had checked on our table, they would've seen that there was one person with no food. Disgusted!
