Nicci Beach for a Birthday Party

My Birthday was coming up and decided to go see an international DJ at Nicci Beach Boksburg. I emailed them for a booking of eight people. This person I was emailing didn't give me any other information other than "Entrance: before 4pm ladies free, before 5pm R100 and R150 after", "for every 4 people its R1200 (for a booking)" along with other information on dress codes and the fact that I could bring balloons and cake to the table I had booked.
I get to Nicci Beach at half past five thinking we have the table booked and everything will go well.
After I told the lady at the counter I made a booking under "this" name, she told me she had sold my table and that they don't wait for anyone. She also added that the people who had booked tables needed to be there before 4pm and very rudely pointed out the time.
I was shattered, anyway I went on asking for normal entrance tickets and she rudely stated the amount.

Point is, im not ever going to "support" or go to Nicci Beach again as I was NOT notified about times and yet I got the attitude. She was extremely rude to me and completely ruined my Birthday!
Well, I saved money in the end anyway!
I have emails and my friends as witnesses!
