We had booked in advance a table for a birthday dinner in the smokign section in adcvance, This had come back confirmed, Then Rhapsodys calls to TELL us they have moved us into normal seating as they have a bigger tabe now coming to smoking sectin, Hoe can you just kickpeople out where they have booked, what disgusting service for a NEW Resturant. I will spread thwe world on this shocking service. As regulars to the newly opened resturant i will make sure people know of the terrible service and that the resturant does not car efor the customers but rather the money they will make off us. SHOCKING. A day before the birthday we now have not got the table we BOOKED and CONFIRMED!!!
