COMPLETE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT JOIN

I have queried a refusal to pay an account I have contacted discovery on a few occasions (8) (ref. nos. 3093722464
/ 3104296454). The amount of money and the treatment involved is not the issue. My disgust is because of the way your staff issue promises and reference numbers like santa claus and then do absolutely nothing to aid the member. As you record all calls please listen what has transpired too date. My special commendations to the following for unsurpassed bad service even in this day and age: mark (the person thay I spoke to originally and keep bumping telephonically on calling your un"help"full line. tlhologeld modiga (such a shame after speech that you couldn't even make contact despite the promises). Full marks to the lady that accepted my resignation from discovery and confirmed it within 15 mins of my call. You should be promoted to the help line.
Dale Faure - the only voice of reason I came into contact with today. I'm sure you would have been able to help.
Someone please explain to your staff that we, as members, pay your salaries and deserve some level of respect.
