Learn to not make empty promises Roberto!!!

Ref no: 3050840431 I have been trying to sort out an account with Discovery since the 05 August 2013 to date. I think I spoke to 7 different consultants and all made empty promises. The last straw was Roberto. very confidently this young man informed me he will have it sorted out in no time. Made me hold on the line for 20 minutes. He informed me this will be sorted out within 48hrs and he will personally call me. Shame this never happened. I spoke to Roberto on Tuesday the 21 October 2013 and to date no phone call and my MSA is still on a ZERO balance. If management cant even live up to there promises, can we blame consultants for not caring. I am very disappointed with this type of service. My bills are just pilling up and from Discovery you cant expect any help. It is 3 months later and nowhere closer to a solution to my problem. Discovery your service is not what it use to be. I think you guys are chasing the numbers now and not the quality of service anymore. What happened to 1st time caller resolutions!!! Very upset
