Poor Repairs/Service from Vision Works Optometrist

I have been a client of Vision Works for more than two years and they want to rob me for their mistake and poor service. I asked them to move the old lens from broken specs into new spectacles and they changed the power of the left lens without my authorization resulting in me having a serious headache for more than a month. To make matters worse, they have repaired my specs and still they insist that I should pay for their very own dangerous mistake. I could have lost my sight because of this poor service. This is a mistake in their lab and I am not in a position to suffer payment because of their negligence. When I refused to pay, they threatened to take legal action against me, which I believe is nonsense. I am not happy at all, and I am really disgusted with the poor and shoddy service that Vision Works Optometrists has shown. I do not wish to recommend any of my friends or family members to them until they rectify my complaint. This is both poor service and in broad day light. Their shoddy service could have damaged my eyes.
