Empty promises

I called discovery on the 19/11/2012 for authorisation on out of GP consultation and they said I can go and they will pay for my prescription medication. Then I went to clicks pharmacy for medication the Dr referred me to the Radiology, I called Discovery again for authorisation they said I can go they will pay when I got to the Radiology they said I have already eaten I have to come the next day on an empty stomach. I went the next day on the 20/11/2012 but now Discovery they telling me that they won't cover my fees. I feel stupid now cause if it was not of my ovarian cyst this whole thing would have not happened. If my medical plan does not cover that they would have told me at first when I called them without lying to me. Now I have to pay my fees cash and I called Discovery and now it's my fault cause my plan does not cover it where else I called them before for authorisation.
