My partner is currently on my medical aid and he wants to terminate on mine and apply for his own medical aid. I have been a member of Prosano now changed to Bonnitas over the past 23 years, med no: 80505. I have left many enquiries on your website and till now an agent has not called. On Friday I called during office hours and your voice recording indicated that you are closed and I should try on Monday. This is the worst service ever received since I have this medical aid. I am afraid to cancel him in case he doesn't have cover with the terrible service we receive.
