WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN

Chatsworth SASA.We were told to comeback at 7.30am to hand in our papers for a pension. We arrived and it was absolute chaos. I asked management if they knew what they were doing inside and he said no they did not. We left and went home came back again at 1.30 and asked at the front desk where we had to go and was told to sit in those chairs over there, We went and sat down. Finally when we got to the front of the cue at 3.00pm we were told we had been sitting in the wrong cue. We had to go into the other cue.and waite. Of course when we got to the front it was 4.00pm and they close at 4.We were told to come back tomorrow. I cant return tomorrow as I have to go to hospital for treatment I have Kidney failure and am on Dialisis for 4 hours. So I am unable to go back until next Tuesday as I have dialysis again on Monday. I think Chatsworth SASA is a joke.
