Dont call me, allocate the points

I have since forwarded an email to them with information on the assessments that my wife did, this was on Friday already, up to now, no points are allocated and when I called them yesterday afternoon the guy who took my call was less interested in helping me and he said I should call again or check in the late afternoon and if they are not updated it will be this morning, well, I just checked and nothing is updated yet or as promised
