Incapable admin person with bad and rude attitude

Sick of these "specialist" doctors who demand their fee before you can even enter their consulting rooms. Then you have to deal with rude, incapable admin personnel refusing to send the required information to patients who have to claim back from their medical aid. I was there on 21 November and requested several times since for her to send an account or whatever to me in order to claim from my medical aid. This is too hard for her or she is just plain spiteful. The more people can see this the more we can stay away. They are so concerned that they will not get their fee, but then don't do their jobs. Didn't ask this "lady"'s name but she clearly does not belong in that job.
