Ad service with a bad attitude

I have been using this company for years, and just once I change branch and and get this terrible service, when phoning the head office the manager has a nerver to shout at me who does she think she his, the owners really need to look into who they employ and my dying came out blochy and they exspected me to pay for my clothes that they messed up! Digusting service!
