Bad Services & Disregard for Customers

I probably go to this chemist once a week if not more and majority of the time I have to wait at the door because they aren't opened because the Pharmacist/Owner hasn't arrived yet half an hour late or more from the opening time, and when he arrives eventually he first let's his employers in then checks his computer and they take their own time starting up the cash registers then switch on the electricity all while WE the customers watch them from the outside forget that we've been waiting since 10:00am and when they finally open their doors 30 or 50 minutes late they don't apologies instead they have the worst attitude and act like they are doing us a favour worst of all the will be 10 or more people and only one working cashier who is slow and doesn't give out slips after purchase ITS DISGUSTING!!
