I'm a regular customer at Clicks Tygervalley as it HAS been my preferred destination for certain products. Two weeks ago, when purchasing some items, I experienced one of your cashiers to have an extremely bad attitude and lacked any sense of customer service. I did not get her name because luckily, I was then assisted by another cashier.

Today, I arrived at the doors of the store at 16h50 to find the doors closed (closing time = 17h00). A lady was at the door letting customers out, I hand signaled to her to ask if they were closed she responded indicating yes. Minutes later she let a man into the store. Realising I was still there, she then signaled that I could come in... Sorry but this was too little too late!!! Closing early and discriminating between customers do not create good customer experiences (which is not easy to rectify).

One of your competitors still had their doors open up until 17h00. This creates an impression that they are more focused on meeting their customers needs than Clicks.

Working for a retailer myself, I know how important customer experience is in our industry. This was not a good customer experience for me or for my brother who was with me.
