Service and response is so bad

My baby boy was born on November 14 2013.

Bestmed told me that my son will be covered as soon as he is born, when I phoned them to send them his birth certificate they told me he is not covered only once he is activated.

I filled in all the forms that I had to and send them everything, they still told me that it would be sorted on the same day.

today is the 27th and I have not heard a thing from them
