BEWARE OF ACCOUNT RIP OFF BEWARE!!

My son had an accident while playing on a swing and he hurt his DEFORMED left arm. We took him to AKASIA hospital for check up and paid (cash as our medical aid funds were exhausted) all the fees to see the paediatrician, who referred him for x-ray which we duly paid as per requirement. This was on the 14/10/13. The doctors decided to have a mini plaster on him as they discovered fractured bone which was to be supported to heal, they also advised us to return him if the plaster breaks down earlier than normal as it was not properly constructed due to his deformed arm structure. Within four days the plaster started to be loose and eventually fell down. We tried to use it and support it but were unsuccessful and eventually on the seventh day decided to take him back as previously advised. To our surprise, we were asked to do the same procedure of x-rays which in our little medical knowledge was just unnecessary. What could have happened in just a short period? Why were the previous films not used? Well obviously one medical expert can argue otherwise, but we still see this as pure extortion! These people take advantage of our humility and make us pay for stuff more than we have to.
