What happened to Value for money??

Good Day,

This morning i went into Jorrisen Street Pharmacy in Braamfontein Centre to purchase the Hyospasmol tablets. I work in the same centre as the pharmacy. When i got to my office i opened them because i wanted to take my dose and when i opened them i could see that there were just few tablets so i counted them, they were 9 and when i checked the labling on the container it said 10 Tablets. So i took my receipt and the tablets back to the pharmacy to explain. When i did that, the lady on the consulting table told me that its not their fault, its the suppliers fault so there is nothing they can do, i should wait for their manager. I left the pills with them and told them that i will come back later when the manger is around. This happened around 09h00 and i went back at 13;30, just after lunch. When i got there, the same lady who assisted me in the morning said to me she spoke to Merriam and Merriam said there is nothing she can do. Is it really fair for me as their client to be treated that way? What happened to value for money?? I would like to believe that this was a day light. They got my money but i never got what i wanted. Please advise.
