The worst I have come across

I bought a pasta machine in Dec 2012, thinking it will come with attachments, which it didn't. That was ok, but they could have told me. I paid R8900 for it. So I ordered the attachment only to receive a few months later, another R2800. When it came it included the wrong handle, so I could not use it. I took back the attachment in May to get everything sorted. On the 22nd Sept I received another parcel containing the wrong attachment, not the one I ordered initially. So I sent it back. It is now end of Nov 2013 and I have not received anything yet.
