I logged a complaint on the 18th January. Today is the 4th February and still my car is not sorted. I received a visit from the manager of the branch who apologised and promised to sort out my car. He said he would do it in the next 2 weeks. Week 1 went by. week 2 I got another call they are waiting for a courtesy car. Week 2 I received a call I did not sign the release paper. Hello, I was not asked to. Then I was sent an email, please sign the attachment Hello no attachment. Attachment arrives for me to sign, but it says "I am happy with the service and work on my car". How devious is that, I am not happy, has no one listened. The Week 3 I agreed I would consider using the owners bakkie. A big Opel bakkie arrived with a taped key. This bakkie would not fit in my garage, so how liable will I be.3 Feb a phone call, please can we have your work address. 4Feb Please can we have your work address, I lost it.4Feb a phone call we have arranged a budget rental care for you. So now I have to come up with R1500 deposit again (refundable). This is not the point. I am actually disappointed with Auto and General as well, that I did not get more assistance from them resolving this. Watch this space
