You probably wont lose business by me closing my account with you and looking for a better medical aid but here is the thing, this month I am not going to constitute my bank to stop the debit order to your hungry finance department, because, you see, my bank charge for this service, it is not free

I told you before and I will tell you again, the medical aid is paid by my employer and me from my Employer's billing system, its an automated system, sure you are aware of that, so please cancel the debit order from my account

I was dismayed when I emailed once more time warning you to stop debiting my account that Thea Smith said, her words, "Kindly be advised that the email address used is not the valid email on system and due to security reasons we may not assist you" But she could see the thread of emails from and to Discover arguing the same debit order thing
