I am so frustrated at the level of service. I resigned from my previous company in August, and wanted to be reinstated at Discovery from September to ensure continued service. Prior to leaving my existing company I had to pay R1600 to make up for medical aid savings I had used, this was paid. On joining my new company, I asked Discovery to sort out my medical aid, so that it continues from Sep. Due to mishaps, I had to pay the full fee of R2500 for September, and my company paid the Oct and Nov monthly fee. I still do not have my medical aid confirmed, nor my R1600 refunded. I have been pushed from pillar and post and nobody knows what they are doing. Each time I send a request I get a new consultant who is clueless. I asked for this issue to be escalated and nothing was done. All I want is my medical aid to be reinstated, my vitality to be updated, and for me to continue. Surely such a query cannot take three months to resolve. The service is provided by truly clueless people!!!
