Disipointed with Specsavers Umhlanaga Rocks Buxton

Good-day

i am very disgusted at the umhlanga rocks branch in buxton center

i walked in and mentioned to the lady at the counter about this service free wash and ajustment, she looks at me amazed, when i explained to her what its about, its like she didn't even bother says, i can can just wipe it with some lens cleaner if i need a frame adjustment i will have to send it in which takes a week, not friendly or willing to help, this is unacceptable, i wont be going there again...
