Overdue Medical Bill not paid as it should have

Good day, I was on PG Group Medical Aid, I got authorisation for procedure for my daughter in January 2013. The dentist, anaesthetist were paid but clinic never paid. All accounts were sent in at same time. Now Many months down the line and I get sheriff of the court at my doorstep due to account not paid. Very embarrassing to say the least. I need this sorted, It is round about 9000 rand. Its ridiculous. I don't know where they expect me to come up with this sort of money. This is just one of a few accounts they did not settle that they now expect me to cover. Please can someone assist me.
