Rude swichboard operate

After numerous attempts to get hold of Discovery health, or be replied to at the times arranged, I phoned the local office in Century City on Tel: 27 21 527 1111, only to speak to an extremely rude switch board operator. Thanks to her as the final straw, I have made my decision on which medical aid I will be joining. Liberty here I come!
