I have been a member of Fedhealth since August 2013, I have called in MANY times trying to understand how all the benefits work as well as the thresh hold, no one has been able to give me information that I could understand, and most of the time it sounded like they didn't know what they were talking about, which of course caused extreme irritation and was a total waste of time. I was at the point where I was thinking about cancelling my medical aid and going elsewhere.

I phoned in today and spoke to the most wonderful person, "Delaine Bradford". I had a lot of queries, everything was explained to me patiently and in detail. Because of Delaine, I know feel comfortable and at ease in knowing how to use the medical aid correctly, so that it will benefit me properly.

Please will you advise Delaine that it was an absolute pleasure speaking to someone so kind and brilliant at their job.

If only there were more people like this in the world, it would be a much better place to live in.
