Never Trust Fedhealth - they about everything

We switched from Discovery to Fedhealth last year after assurances from them that they cover all our chronic health problems. They have since decided not to cover one of my daughter's epilepsy meds and most of mine. We were upfront about these problems and received reports from them and on their website listing chronic coverage. Once we started paying for their "services" they informed us that we would not be covered for and medicines until the begining of this year. It is now April and they say our funds are depleted. Spoke to a consultant on the 26/04/13 and was informed that we were back on cover. Phoned them this morning 29/04/13 and was told we had no funds available. Their response to complaints is pathetic, you can not get past the call center. You cannot get transcripts of calls, and their correspndence is simply to e-mail you a statement which contradicts the website.
