I want a good explanation why my accounts are not being paid I have requested several times for someone to phone but yet they are hiding behind the e-mails and pathetic jargons that does not make sense can the CEO bring light to this situation because this service is pathetic. Not a joy being a Bankmed member can't believe we have to pay for such service that belongs in the gutter.
