Dishonesty to make a sale

Medical Services contacted me and sold their product to me saying I will be the only Clinical Psychologist on the marketing pamphlet and that all the service providers listed will be geographically centralised. I paid R3200 for the year. Final product is that I was one of two psychologists and a social worker who also advertise therapeutic services that were on the pamphlet. The service providers were from different areas and the pamphlets was sent to places like Cape Town, not close to where I am. Also, they said it would be distributed to schools, which has not happened. Pamphlets were also sent to other psychologists in my immediate area, which does not help at all, since they are actually competition. I have also been sent back and forth with no satisfying answer or resolution to date. The look and feel of the pamphlet is unprofessional and hospital names are incorrectly indicated. I also asked for a distribution list, and 5 pages were sent, of which only two are usable, the rest are duplicated. Medical Services have not delivered the product and sold to me and no one is taking responsibility.
